Legendary Portuguese football player Cristiano Ronaldo plans to leave Juventus in the summer transfer window.
A source said that the 36-year-old had given his agent Jorge Mendes an assignment to find him a new club. Ronaldo did not want to stay in the Italian club after another fiasco in the quarterfinals of the Champions League.
Earlier, there were reports that the Portuguese international was willing to receive a lower salary to return to Manchester United. He is currently earning about 31 million euros a year but will accept anywhere beginning 20 million euros a year at the English club.
This season, Ronaldo suited up in 39 matches for Juventus scoring 32 goals and making 4 assists.
His contract expires in June 2022.
